Discover How Taking Action can make you feel better

Sometimes when I feel bad I just take a little action.  Any action to make myself feel a little better.  I read a little out of a book.  I may listen to a good audio.  I may go for a run.

Anything to “bust the rust” and get out of my funk.

It doesn’t have to be a major action either.  Just a baby step in the direction of your dream!

When you feel bad, just take a little action to cheer ya up!

“Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, DO IT with all thy might..”
